This Upcycled Jute Potholder set is the perfect addition to your zero-waste kitchen, they’re the best way to protect your hands and the planet! Made of upcycled jute scraps that would’ve otherwise ended up in landfill and sewn together with cotton thread, these potholders are COMPLETELY COMPOSTABLE, even in a home compost setting. The Potholder Trivet is triple layered with an internal hand slip for easy gripping in and out of the oven. The Pan Handle Holder is wide enough to fit over any long handle (even for cast iron), while the Loop Handle Holders are perfect for the short pot-end handles as well as pan lids.
Jute (aka burlap) is a rain-fed crop that does not require irrigation, chemical fertilizer, or pesticides, and therefore is very eco-friendly and highly sustainable. Designed, packaged, and shipped in the United States, jute grown and manufactured in India.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep away from open flames, jute is a grass fiber and is flammable. Spot clean the potholders with a wet soapy cloth, then flat or line dry (jute is not washable). DO NOT WASH, BLEACH, OR IRON.
